Christine Hall is the CEO and senior consultant for Stirling Global Solutions, LLC. She has a degree in health information management and sociology, along with 30-plus years of healthcare administration and information management experience. She is chairwoman of AAPC’s Billing Advisory Committee, a skilled educator, and a national public speaker. Hall has a strong core in compliance, ethics and regulatory affairs, revenue cycle management, coding, credentialing, and practice management. She is a subject matter expert in specialty coding, risk adjustment, telehealth, and reimbursement. Hall has had the pleasure of working with many of the gold star standard organizations in healthcare such as AAPC, AHIMA, and various national medical associations and societies. She serves as the education officer of the Palm Beach, Florida local chapter.

Stuart Newsome has been a healthcare industry leader for over 25 years. He collaborates with HIT experts, physicians, and administrators to improve navigation of today’s strict revenue cycle management environment. In addition to improving revenue integrity for his clients, Newsome uses his experience to educate thousands of healthcare professionals annually via coding webinars.

Kimberly Jolivette Williams has over 20 years of medical auditing, coding, and billing expertise in the healthcare industry. She has more than 10 years of upper management experience and has spent more than seven years as a medical healthcare educator with Dallas County Community College and AAPC. In 2020, Williams delved into the compliance arena. During her distinguished career, Williams has played a pivotal role in the training and coaching of staff and medical providers in medical coding, compliance, billing, and auditing services. Currently, Williams is employed as a compliance, coding, and billing analyst at Texas Health Physicians Group-THPG and an adjunct instructor for Purpose Medical Institute and the AAPC Virtual Instructor Learning Training (VILT) program. Williams is a current member of AAPC’s Billing Advisory Committee and was the 2022 president of the Richardson, Tx., local chapter.

Laidy Martinez is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience in various specialties within the industry. Currently, she serves as a coding supervisor at Hoag Health System, where she applies her expertise in billing and coding to support and guide her colleagues. Additionally, Martinez is a dedicated teaching assistant for AAPC's virtual instructor-led training (VILT), helping students excel in their exam preparations. Martinez is treasurer for the Orange/Irvine local chapter and contributes to AAPC's Billing Advisory Committee. Her greatest passion lies in supporting others to achieve success in the healthcare field.

Melissa has been involved in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has experience in billing, coding, auditing, education, practice management, and risk adjustment. She served as a founding member of the Novi, Michigan local chapter and currently serves as the chapter’s president. Kirchner is a passionate educator for both the AAPC Live Virtual Instructor team and her private CPC® students, and she serves as chairperson of the AAPC Documentation Advisory Committee.

Stephanie Sjogren is a director of coding and provider reimbursement, working with payment integrity to ensure proper claims adjudication and to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. Prior to joining Connecticare/Emblem Health, she performed provider audits and education at a women’s healthcare group. Sjogren has also worked with physicians and staff to integrate and use electronic health record systems effectively and to stay in compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ rules and regulations. Her areas of specialty are E/M, auditing, and clinical documentation improvement. Sjogren previously served as an officer for the Hartford, Conn., local chapter.

Stephanie Thebarge has 20 years of experience in healthcare working in oncology coding, E/M auditing, education, compliance, payer contracting, credentialing, and revenue cycle management. She is the owner of Seacoast Health Compliance Consultation LLC, auditing and educating physician practices. Thebarge currently serves as the Member Relations Officer on AAPC’s National Advisory Board and the Member Development Officer for her local chapter in Portland, Maine.
