Andrew is the Vice President of Customer Success at Rivet. His primary function is supporting Rivet’s customers from implementation to adoption and revenue acceleration. As an RCM expert, Andrew helps customers through the complexities of revenue cycle management from patient cost transparency through to navigating the tumultuous waters of insurance contracts. He brings over a decade of revenue cycle experience to support both process and organizational change.
