Our 2024 salary survey shows that the highest-paid people in Ohio working in the business of healthcare make an average $86,667 and hold the CFPC credential, among others.

The top three employers of healthcare business professionals in the state are hospitals (both outpatient & inpatient depts), health systems, and large group practices (50+ physicians).

Roughly 74.4 percent of healthcare business professionals in Ohio work remotely, earning an average $61,685. A reported 14 percent work on site, earning an average $55,455, and 11.6 percent work partly onsite and partly remote (hybrid), earning an average $65,000.
