Our 2024 salary survey shows that the highest-paid people in New Mexico working in the business of healthcare make an average $135,000 and hold the CGSC credential, among others.

The top three employers of healthcare business professionals in the state are hospitals (both outpatient & inpatient depts), health systems, and medium group practices (11-49 physicians).

Roughly 53.9 percent of healthcare business professionals in New Mexico work remotely, earning an average $65,993. A reported 32.8 percent work on site, earning an average $54,146, and 13.3 percent work partly onsite and partly remote (hybrid), earning an average $71,618.
