Our 2024 salary survey shows that the highest-paid people in New Jersey working in the business of healthcare make an average $150,000 and hold the CIC credential, among others.

The top three employers of healthcare business professionals in the state are health systems, hospitals (both outpatient & inpatient depts), and large group practices (50+ physicians).

Roughly 54.7 percent of healthcare business professionals in New Jersey work remotely, earning an average $72,459. A reported 24.9 percent work on site, earning an average $71,325, and 20.4 percent work partly onsite and partly remote (hybrid), earning an average $80,071.
