Medical coding and billing salaries in Idaho

The median yearly income for Idaho medical coders, billers, auditors, and other healthcare business professionals is $59,375, compared to the Mountain region’s overall median income of $59,760.

Our 2023 salary survey shows that the highest-paid people in Idaho working in the business of healthcare make an average $94,167 and hold the CPC-P credential, among others.

The top employers of healthcare business professionals in the state are hospitals (both outpatient & inpatient depts), and small group practices (2-10 physicians).
