Cancellation policy

If you cancel or reschedule your live remote proctored electronic exam date/time more than 48 hours before the start of your exam, there'll be no fee.

No-shows

If you don't show up to your scheduled live remote proctored exam OR you don't meet the requirements to take the exam, this will be considered a no-show and your exam voucher will be canceled and a new voucher must be purchased (or a 2nd attempt used, if available) to reschedule.

Testing center exam

Cancellation policy

Electronic exams taken at a testing center can be canceled or rescheduled for no fee if changes made are more than 15 days prior to your scheduled date. Between 15 days and 2 days in advance of the appointment, the fee is $25. The fee is paid online to Meazure Learning. Candidates can't reschedule or cancel less than 2 days in advance.
