What should I bring with me to the exam?

Printed copy of Meazure Learning admission ticket
A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, state-issued ID card).
Temporary, paper, copies, or digital IDs are NOT permitted.
First and last name on the valid, government-issued photo ID must EXACTLY match your first and last name as they appear on the scheduling screens. If you have more than one last name listed on your government-issued ID, the same last names must be reflected on your confirmation email.
If your first and last names are incorrect, please contact AAPC at 800-626-2633 immediately, no later than 48 hours prior to your exam date.
Failure to show proper ID will render you a no-show and your exam will be forfeited.
India
If your exam permits, current year AMA CPT, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10PCS, and HCPCS Level II code books are provided at testing centers in India. If your exam permits other references as outlined here, you will be responsible to bring them to the testing center and allow the proctors to verify that they are accepted.

Approved identification must be DigiLocker Verified.
Candidates must open the DigiLocker app in front of the proctor (no screenshots, printed versions, etc. allowed).
Candidate must allow proctor to review their digital Aadhaar card within the app under Issued Documents. Match the photo to the individual and the name to the name on the confirmation email.
If a candidate does not have the digital Aadhaar card in DigiLocker, they will not be admitted. If the photo or name does not match the exam registration EXACTLY, the candidate will not be admitted. You will be considered a no-show and you will need to repurchase the exam attempt.
