What are the requirements for taking an electronic exam at a testing center?

You must meet the following requirements to take a testing center exam. For detailed instruction, please watch our exam tutorial video.

• Current AAPC membership

• Current email and valid address on file

• Valid, unused electronic exam voucher

• *Testing center exam selected upon scheduling with Meazure Learning

• A valid, government-issued photo ID. First and last name must EXACTLY match your exam confirmation. Temporary, paper, copies, or digital IDs are NOT permitted.

  • INDIA residents: please reference this FAQ for instruction on ID requirements.

Note: Members outside the U.S. Bahamas, and Jamaica will NOT be required to select a testing center exam as that is the only option available.
