Post Op Dx: Chronic painful xiphoid

Operation: Xiphoidectomy
The xiphoid area was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashoin with alcohol and ChloraPrep. A small incision was made over the xiphoid. Sharp dissection carried down. Xiphoid frreed from all of its ligamentous attachments.


This is new to me....... Can someone point me in the right direction to code the CPT and ICD9???
