Wiki Wrist arthroscopy and excision of osteophytes

I am trying to figure out if my coding would be accurate. Patient had a carpometacarpal joint arthroscopy with partial synovectomy, as well as excision of osteophytes.
Would it be correct to code 29844 for the arthroscopy and 25447 with modifier 52 for the excision of osteophytes?

Any input would be appreciated.
