Hello,

Is 15275 correct code for "Wound Bed Preparation" ?
Wound Bed was 30x40 cm Scalp & 30x 7cm of face?

hello NJ Coder. That is for the application of skin substitute. You will also need to select the appropriate debridement code if that is how the wound bed was prepared.
