ARTERIAL ULTRASOUND OF THE LEFT UPPER EXTREMITY:
HISTORY: States weak pulse, left ulnar artery. Cold blue fingers
FINDINGS: Peak systolic velocity in the subclavian artery, 108 cm/sec.
Axillary artery 86 cm/sec, brachial artery 101 cm/sec, radial artery 92 cm/sec, and ulnar artery 59 cm/second. There are biphasic waveforms present. There is no occlusion of the arterial system.
IMPRESSION: NO OCCLUSION OF LEFT ARTERIAL SYSTEM.
