Looking for a DX that should "work"

Mother brings child in for WCC it is paid

The next day the mother brings in child because there is a little blood in the diaper.
The dr says Normal Circumsion. Used DX code V61.49 (mother concerns). (This does not pay.) for a low leval office visit

Looking for code that might work for the above problem. Can I use an aftercare of SX code? I asked the Dr about feared complaint and she said no becasue she gave it a DX of normal Circ.

Any ideas would help me here.

Try the worried well Dx code, V65.5. We use this in the ER all the time when a patient is brought in when the parent is concerned, but nothing is found.

That is what I told the Dr and she told me no because she gave the DX of Normal Circ.

I will talk to my Boss about it
