Wiki What is the correct modifier to use for the 2nd G0452 done by another provider?

We have 2 G0452 done by 2 different providers.

For provider A, we submitted G0452-26.
For provider B, we submitted G0452-26-XP. This was denied with modifier XP. Should we use modifier 77 or 91? We tried using modifier 77 on some of the denials and it got paid but we are not sure if this is the correct modifier to use.
