I am trying to find the correct coding for the prosthetic eye implant. Found code 21077 if the physician or other healthcare professional designs and prepares the prosthesis.
Documentation states: Patient is needing a surgical template made for an upcoming surgery to place bone anchored implants for the use of a magnetic prosthesis in the future.
Any help coding if someone else creates a surgical template (is there such a thing) would be appreciated. Thank you.
