Wiki Vertebral Artery Stenting

Please advise if there are any other options to coding Vertebral artery stenting. The only thing I was able to come up with was 0075T. Pls tell me there is another code for this procedure that is payable. Please :(

Unfortunately, I don't think so. When you look at CPT 37205 under it, you see suggestions for other arteries, and for Vertebral is says to see Category III codes 0075T, 0076T. Pain in the butt! Let me guess..Medicare??? We never get our Category III codes paid, even when we send our OP notes. Good luck!
