Could someone please provide me with the venous catheterization codes for lower extremities? My doctor placed a EKOS thrombolytic infusion system (TPA) into the lower extremity vein. TPA codes does not included catheterization. Please help....Thanks!

Need a report (HIPPA clean) to know where the catheters went.
