Can someone help me with the CPT codes for Minithoracotomy with VATS and wedge resection and lymph node sampling from stations 5,7,8, and 9? Any help is appreciated.
 
Without reading the report; VATS w/ wedge resection would be 32657. If done by thoracotomy there is not a specific code that captures the 'wedge resection' take a look at 32500.

Hope that helps a little - these can be tough.
 
Without reading the op-report, if the surgeon performed VATS wedge resection but he had to do a mini thoracotomy for completion, I would use 32500 with 32601. For lymph node dissection depending on how much lymph node he took, check 38746. I would add V64.42 with the diagnoses as well.
