I am trying to figure out how to bill this phlebectomy. It was done on right and left leg, 8 incisions on LT and 6 on RT. Would I use 37799-50 and in the description clarify incision numbers?

Report 37799 one time without using mod-50.
Below is a response to the same question in 2018.
In your second scenario, use 37799, compare it to 37765-50, and give the number of incisions used in each leg.
