Please help! I put a call into Corcoran earlier this year but can't find my documentation. Ahmed Valves and pericardium tissue are considered bundled services, correct? The codes we use are L8612 and L8499. I believe what Corcoran told me was that all tissues including shunts and valves are bundled except for corneal tissue for a transplant. Can anyone confirm this? THANK YOU!

That is correct. It all gets rolled up into the procedure code, except for the corneal tissue for transplant (or a corneal patch graft) - as long as it is code V2785.
