Can someone please help me out with this one?

Doctor is going to do VAGINAL lysis of adhesions. Her vagina grew together after a prior surgery and now I have to go in and open this back up. The adhesions are located in the vagina canal, She will do this with a vaginal approach with surgical instruments like scissors and a hemostat and fingers. I was thinking 57061 until I read she is using scissors and a hemostat.

Any help with this would be very appreciated.
 
I agree with unlisted. You could consider 57130 for the comparison since this seems rather involved.
