I need some guidance on billing Facility Charges & Professional charges.

Issues: We are not being paid the Facility Rate correctly, claim disputes and review are fruitless

Anyone else have experience for this, specifically Out Patient Services? I can provide great details once I know somehow has experience.

Presently the charges are being billed on a HCFA 1500 for both professional fee's and the facility fee (50590-SU).

Please let me know and I can provide more details. Thanks in advance.
