Can you bill for CPT 28476 with C-ARM- it seems that you have to use some kind of visualization to place pins accurately. Any thoughts?

per AAOS global /codex Included in 28476 (most other codes) "intraoperative photos and/or video recording" and "intraoperative supervision and positioning of imaging and/or monitoring equipment by operative surgeon or assistant"
