#1 Not sure on the Cystolithlopaxy of stent. I would have to read the op report
For Removal of the NEPHROURETERAL stent 50389-RT includes fluoro

#2 codes are good if insurance pays for the 74420 (add 26 for the read only) If done in the OR you do not own the equipment.
