I have a question regarding CPT codes 50432 and 50435, can someone explain what the difference is between these 2 codes? Thanks
 
50432 is for perc placement of nephrostomy tube with all the guidance and test and 50435 is for the removal of existing tube and insertion of a new tube per placement of nephrostomy tube with all the guidance and tests.
