The following procedure was coded: 51600, 51797, 51741, 51784, 51729. All the codes have been paid except 51741, this is being denied as inclusive. I can't find an edit for it. The only thing I'm thinking is that it inclusive to 51729 & 51797. Insurance is Buckeye Marketplace.
Procedure Report reads: Patient presents fro Urodynamic procedure for urge incontinence, stress incontinence, urgency and nocturia. Initial flow study performed by patient voiding. Patch electrodes placed on either side of rectum and vaginal pressure catheter inserted. Perineum was prepped with betadine, 12F urethral catheter inserted into bladder and bladder drained. Post void residual documented and catheter removed. Urodynamics pressure catheter inserted into the bladder and secured. Video urodynamics performed using cysto conray. Urodynamic pressure catheter and patches removed.
