Need cpt code for ureterolithomy by vaginal approach for prior authorization. Can anyone help me? Thank you!!!
 
I could not locate a code; I believe you will have to use an unlisted code for billing purposes; for authorization purposes I would use one of these CPT codes 50610 thru 50630.

Can anyone offer another option?
