Does anyone know a procedure code to use for lysis of adhesion of uncircumcised penis? I am also in need of an icd-9 code for uncircumcised penis?????? Thanks for any help given!!

I don't have my CPT in front of me, but I thought there was a 54000 type code for foreskin manipulation?
