Can procedure code 35656 and 75710 be billed on the same day, if so how do I go about getting them unbundled?

Open CPT book Radiology section, vascular procedures. Look at guidlines for Diagnostic Angiography.Can procedure code 35656 and 75710 be billed on the same day, if so how do I go about getting them unbundled?
you may be able to bill it.
