Hello:

Hoping someone can help as I am still learning vascular.
My Dr did a atherectomy of the ulnar artery. I have code 0237T. The pt has Medicare and I do not see a payment for this code on CMS.
Do we add our own price for this code or am I missing another code for this procedure?

Any help or information on using this code would be appreciated.
