Would this be 69610, 69620, or 69631?

Use 69610, I know it indicates a paper patch but gelfilm patch or gelfoam plug are just an updated version of that type of patch, there is suturing involved. You cannot use 69620 as it involves a fat plug or fascia graft and suturing. 69631 is inappropriate as well as it involve many other components.
