Wiki TURP after simple prostatectomy?

Hi all...

I have an op report for a patient who had a simple robotic prostatectomy previously and now was undergoing a TURP because of a BNC.
My logic says this is a 52630 and not a 52601, because he had the removal, so this would be regrowth, but my logic isn't always the same as everyone else's..... ;)
Am I right on here?
