Would you use 52630 for a TURP performed after the patient has had a radical prostatectomy? He has not had a TURP before, but the note does state this TURP is for "Regrowth." Thanks!

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Bladder neck obstruction.
PROCEDURE PERFORMED: TURP.
ANESTHESIA: General.
DETAILS OF PROCEDURE: Using the visual resectoscope, it was looked into the bladder without
difficulty. Resecting prostate was noted and regrowth of tissue. At this time using the loop, we resected
a large circumferential defect in the prostate. The chips were removed with the Ellik evacuator. We then
used the loop in order to cauterize and to get good hemostasis. Once all the chips were removed and the
prostatic fossa was wide opened, voiding trial showed he had excellent urinary stream. We placed a #22
3-way placed into normal saline CBI. A B&O suppository was given and 10 mg of Lasix IV was given.
He was sent to the PAR in stable condition.

If the patient had a radical prostatectomy, he could not possibly have aTURP because there is no prostate left after the radical prostatectomy. I do not understand this case report or operative procedure. Please check with the surgeon concerning the clinical story for this patient.
