Hello, looking for help with this we are billing out Trivisc with the following information on the claim dx M1711 Primary osteoarthritis RT 20611,RT and J7329 with 2.5 ML as the dosage and NDC # 50653-0006-04. Is this the correct way to bill this drug to Medicare? Any help will be appreciated.
