Can someone help me with a code for trimming a flexible nail used for femur fracture? Pediatric patient having pain at fracture site with flexible nail very prominent at subcu skin which was due to shortening at the fracture site. Surgeon backs our screw and trim nail. Don't know how to code this, unless I code 27506-52, which seems to be way over coding.
