Wiki Trigger point injection

I have a physician giving a trigger point injection in the neck. Need help identifying which CPT would be best for this procedure. Looking at 20552 or 20605? Thank you!

20605 is injection into a joint or bursa. 20552 is what you would want if it is a trigger point injection into 1 or 2 muscles. If 3 or more you would code 20553. Remember that it goes by number of muscles not injections. Also if Flouroscopy was used remember to code that also.
