What ICD10 code would best suit this condition (Trichiasis WITH Entropion)? TIA!!!!

The only problem I see with this is that it's an "unspecified" code. However, while looking for an answer to this question yesterday, there didn't seem to be a specific enough code that I could find during my cursory search.
