Hello! Trying to see if someone more experienced than I would have a better idea as to what CPT code would be used for this type of injection for pain management. The dx code is for a transitional segment of L6. In the past we have used 64493 but I am unsure of if the transverse process has anything to do with nerves. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
