What is the cpt code & icd-9 code for:Transsternal resection of thymoma? I cannot find it by looking up these words and dont kow anything about it. Thanks for your help!
 
60521 or 60522 most likely but can't say for sure with out seeing the note.

As far as dx it depends on whether or not it is cancer. You would be looking at either 164.1 or 212.6.
