Please Help

Our physician performed a Transnasal resection of Pituitary adenoma using computer stereotactic guidance however the CPT code 61548 indicates this procedure performed as nonsterotactic. There does not seem to be a stereotactic code. Would this then be billed as CPT 61548 & 61781?

Any help would be appreciated. ;)
