Can anyone tell me if this is billable and reimbursable in an office setting as part of preventive care?

Thank you!

Yes, it is billable if there is medical necessity. Part of a well baby visit includes a color check. Typically, MDs only do this if there was a bilirubin level on a previous visit that they want to monitor. Or, if it is a first visit and baby looks jaundice.
