What is the code for trabeculectomy when it is done with 66984 (ECCE) Is it seperately billable? Do I need any modifier (51??)

I would use code 66170 for trabeculectomy ab externo in absence of previous surgery. And I would use a modifier 51 with it. That is my best guess, good luck:o
