Looking for information on coding the glaucoma procedure done per the trabectome device by Neo Medix. Seems there is some controversy about the coding of this procedure?

I've been through the controversy/arguments. 65850 is the best you can get apparently.

Tracetome Surgery w Trabectome device

When you research the device - Wikipedia says is it is a ]surgical device that can be used for AB interno Trabeculotomy[]. A minimally invasive glaucoma surgery for the surgical mgmt. of adult,
juvenile and infantile glaucoma.

Procedure 65850 says Traceculotomy ab externo.

You should be using 65820 (Trabec ab interno ) also known as Goniotomy. For more information refer to
