Patient had a total shoulder arthroplasty done last year. Now has an infection.
Soooooo now the surgeon has removed the implant and inserted an
anitbiotic spacer.

I am thinking 23332 and 11981. Would welcome suggestions and opinions, please.
Would you agree these are the correct codes ? Am I missing something ?

sounds good. just remember when infection heals and doc puts TSR back use 58 mod and collect 100% reimbursement.
