Wiki TKR after OrthoVisc Therapy

Hello!!
Our patient had OrthoVisc therapy with last injection being 10/20/21. Now he wants a knee replacement. How long does Medicare say he needs to wait to have the TKR. Google says 7 months to prevent infection. I searched CMS high and low and cannot find anything pertaining to the time frame. I am on hold with Medicare now for 45 minutes!! Please help!!
