I have a dr a bit behind on his surgery dictation. Is there anywhere thats specifies an amount of time for dictation? thanks
 
Hello TWilliam2019,

Most organizations have their own rules in place as to how long a provider has to dictate their notes. I know that some EMR systems have a certain period of time a provider can dictate before the chart is closed (example 48 hours).
 
Epic billing

Hello. I noticed you use EPIC. I have been trying to connect with someone who can tell me where to enter PWK information for a Medicare claim. Would you be able to assist me? I know what info to enter, we are just unsuccessful as this info is not going over to Medicare on the electronic claim. Thanks in advance for your help.
