Hello...

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Note states "The left hand was prepped and draped. The old scar wa excised and the incision extended proximally about another 1cm. The skin was released from the extensor tendon. Scar adhesion were released.".......any suggestions??

You could look at the complex repair codes. According to the guidelines, one can use the repair codes for scar revision. 13100 to 13160. If this was any kind of z-plasty or rotational flap then I would look at the 14000 to 14061 codes. :)
