Hi,

Is there a code for thrombolysis of an arterial line? Patient had an intra-aortic balloon pump inserted and then later the doc had to aspirate and flush the line.

It's hard to say definitely without seeing the complete procedure report, but 36593 is the common code for declotting a central vascular access line.
