Hi fellow coders,
would like to see how others code this scenario: femoral endarterctomy

physician does a femoral incision, then does a femoral arterotomy and performs an endartectomy. The physian extends the incison down to the sfa and profunda and the performs endartectomy of the ext iliac, femoral, sfa and profunda.

do you stay with cpt35371 femoral?? or do you go on and bill either
cpt35302 or 35372??
 
The Common Femoral and Profunda are bundled into 35302, but you can bill the Iliac 35351.
